How much do you charge?

My pricing for a custom built website is listed on the relevant page. Alternatively, Intensive Design Days are a budget option.

Do you work with [insert industry]?

I work with anyone who I feel would be a good fit and have worked with everyone from therapists, to destination wedding photographers, from coaches, to global tech companies. If you run a small or solo business that operates with positivity and integrity, and you're looking for a web designer to ensure your customers have the greatest possible online experience – get in touch. I do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or age.

Do you design on Wordpress or Shopify?

I am able to set up a Shopify store and intesgrate this with your Squarespace website. However, I do not use Wordpress, Showit, Wix, Weebly, Joomla or any other platform. I do not recommend Wix or Weebly in any way. I've worked on Wordpress for many years but do not offer Wordpress builds in the context of my business anymore. I can, however, recommend people who do.

Can I work for you?

Why do you use Squarespace?

Squarespace is the perfect middle ground between DIY site builder services like Wix and fully customisable platforms such as Wordpress. It allows me to build budget-friendly sites using custom coding that my clients can look after themselves going forward.

Do you offer payment plans?

50% of the project total is required to secure your desired slot in my diary. The other 50% is due during the build slot. The second 50% payment may be spread out, but will need to be paid in full by the last day of the build slot in any case. If you need a little extra time it may be best to book well in advance to spread out the two 50% payments. I accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex, which may also help you to spread the cost.

When is your next available slot?

I usually get fully booked up with clients 3-4 months in advance, but last-minute slots do occassionally become available, usually when a client needs to reschedule. I recommend clients book at least 2 months in advance to allow them ample time to prepare website content. I accept bookings up to 9 months in advance, if you want to be sure to secure a particular slot!

Where are you based?

I am a native Brit and technically live in London though I spend a good portion of the year in New York City or elsewhere on the road. I have clients all over the globe, from Australia and New Zealand right round to the US West Coast. Approximately 40% of my clients are based in the UK, 40% in the USA and 20% in mainland Europe, Australia and NZ.
