Once you’re ready to publish your site, you’ll need a Squarespace subscription. If you want extras like me setting up the template for you, transferring blog posts to your new site, or connecting your domain, I offer optional add-ons to make life easier.
Is there customer support available?
Absolutely. You’ll get a video tutorial walking you through your template and how to customise it, plus access to email support from me during setup. Squarespace also offers 24/7 live chat with a real human at Squarespace HQ, and a huge library of tutorials if you ever need extra help.
What happens if I already have a Squarespace website?
You fresh new template will be transferred onto the same Squarespace account. You'll be able to see both the new and old sites side-by-side in your account dashboard. Once you are finished setting up your new template just transfer over you domain and start a new subscription. I can also help you with either of those steps.
Some customers ask if the new template can be installed on their old website. The truth it, it's possible – but it usually ends up very messy. Purchasing a template is the perfect time to start fresh and keep things tidy.
Can I add (a blog, store, mailing list, etc) to my website?
Yes! Squarespace makes it easy to add a blog, shop, newsletter sign-ups, appointment booking, and more. If Squarespace offers it, your template has space for it all and the video tutorial will show you exactly how to add or update any section as you grow.
I'm not good with tech at all! Will I be able to edit my template?
Absolutely. I design all templates with non-techy business owners in mind. The drag-and-drop builder is easy to use, is designed for DIY users, and you’ll have my step-by-step videos and guides walking you through everything. You really don’t need to be “techy” at all!
